My game just suddenly lost all of its progress

It erased my data and yesterday I just completed the first tier

Well, i havent had any problems with the card game, BECAUSE I CANT EVEN PLAY IT!!!!!!!!!!!! At the start of campaign when grampa max wants to give ya a tip about the game before you start the continue button is like broken or freezes, i would have given it 5 star, IF I COULD PLAY IT!! I use and iphone 4 and have ios 7.1 at the moment, please fix.

I have been playing this for a week or so and yesterday morning I finally beat Looma on the Galvan Prime stage and took a break. Later in the afternoon I tried my hand at Rad Dudesman and lost by 5 HP, and took another break. Then at night around 8:00 I decided to try my hand at Rad again, but to my outrage MY WHOLE SAVE HAD BEEN SELF-DELETED!!! I started over at lunch today, beat Grandpa Max, took a break for classes, went back to it after school, beat Kevin, took another break to sing, went back on a few minutes ago and my save had been deleted AGAIN!!!

I played it for a while then it started to freeze when ever you try to play I was at Gwen when it started and I tried deleting it and I downloaded it again and It didnt work so Im stuck at the beginning again it honestly deserves 0 stars because of this. It was not worth the money

Very bad. After I purchased extra credits my game memory erased. Complete waste of money! This really deserves -5 stars. It also freezes a lot.

I bote a bunch of credits it cost my seven dollers a then when I went to go play it said I dident buy any slammers

Love the game. Screen freezes or game prevents some actions when it shouldnt. It would be great to have an update to fix those issues.

My son loves this game and played it for a long time, unlocking many cards. He took a break from it for a few days and when he came back all his progress was erased, reset to default. Ive read others have had this issue also. I will rate 5 stars once fixed.

Need to add more characters...I have over 1000 gold cubes left and idk what to do with them. And add some new levels too

Total ripoff. Doesnt work at all. When in campaign mode and about to play Grandpa Max, you press the "continue" button and the game freezes. Not able to play the game at all! Waste of money! DO NOT BUY.

I was at the 2nd to last level and then my game froze then every time I went on it wouldnt stop freezing they should really fix this

The game is great but there are a few bugs like some times the pause menu freezes just stuff like that oh and Freeplay should give more money and maybe you could add a few slammers like ghostfreak or vilgax but over all i think its very good game I would recommend it for people that like strategic card games

This game is amazing, its very entertaining, worth the money. Ben 10 has always been a great show now it has a great game

Had got the game when it first come out. It was great. Beat the game then decided to delete to make room for others. Big mistake. I recently downloaded and now the game resets every time. I just will play for a bit but when I end it I know Im gonna have to start over again. It does not remember my save place. The next day when I log in it is back at the beginning, starting over. It used to not do this!! Plz fix so I. An rate 5stars

Every time i leave the game for more than a little while, the campaign starts over from the beginning. Also a more minor problem is that the tutorial barely describes much of anything, you kinda have to just learn as you go along.
